- Investing in expensive and time-consuming skills-trainings (for yourself) may end up being a drain on the resources you could be investing in your Team's skills.
- Always wanting to be The Best, is purely Ego-driven.
- How do you move Clients over to your Team Members? "Make yourself less available, and make your Team more available".
- It's OK to be a little afraid of developing your Team to a level where they could leave and become a legitimate competitor, but in the end, a Team Member leaving won't be the end of your business - not by a long shot.
- The earlier you Stop investing in high-ticket skills-trainings, the sooner you can redirect that capital into business and marketing trainings, and coaching. Invest in Growth!!
- It's very difficult to Stop promoting yourself on your Salon social media accounts (it's a rush to get those Likes, Hearts and Comments on your work), but if you want to reduce Client interest in You and increase Client interest in your brand and your Team, you need to start reducing how much you're the focus of your Salon socials.
- Policies and Procedures are key to freeing up even more time and energy for Business Growth.
