The Fears.

  • Your New Hires will eventually leave and take all their regular Clients with them.
  • It's Hard to have employees, and it's not worth the additional stress in training, managing and administering those employees.
  • Some people are just scared of Fast Business Growth and the speed of decision making that comes with accelerated growth.

When to Know You're Ready to Start Building a Team.

  1. You're consistently retaining at least 80% of your Clients.
  2. You have no time to work ON your business, and you're stuck working IN your business.
  3. You're turning away new Clients because you can't fit them in, or even worse, you're saying yes and you're having to work at times and on days that you normally wouldn't be.
  4. You're approaching or you have reached, Burn Out. Counting down to the end of the day/week, you feel physically exhausted, or you're displaying a lack-of-care or attention, these are all signs of potential Burn Out.
