In this week's episode Lauren discusses some of the Client Communication Mistakes salons have been making during this holiday season.

  1. Sending Clients and Potential Clients to the website booking system.
  2. Making Clients feel disorganised (and out-of-the-loop) when they're trying to book-in during busy periods.
  3. Telling Clients that if they don't pay their deposit or booking fee (in particular for longer more involved appointments), that their appointment is cancelled.
  4. Telling your Clients that the car parks are busy and they need to come early.
  5. Making it public that "You're Unable to Accept Any News Clients Before the End of the Year".
