In this week's episode Lauren discusses three things she would do differently if she was to start over today.

  1. Increase her prices earlier, and by a larger amount to accomodate for increasing overheads, and GST.
  2. Hire staff earlier, so you're hiring from a position of patience instead of a place of desperation.
  3. I'd say NO more often. And I'd set and maintain solid boundaries with Clients.
